Guest accommodation is in the converted barn across the garden from the owners cottage. It consists of a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. With over an acre of garden there is plenty of space for the children to safely play, while the adults relax with a drink and a book under the fruit trees.
Local Area DetailsMortagne au Perche is the old capital of the Perche region and has a wealth of history for the visitor to see. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars only a few minutes from La Guetterie. The surrounding Perche countryside has forests, rolling hills, lakes and farmland for the visitor to explore. Named for the region it came from, the famous Percheron horse can be seen throughout this area at many of the farms and studs.
