The property also has car parking nearby.It is within a 10 minute walk of the 4 star Oliva Nova Hotel, which has a luxurious Spa, Sauna and Steam facilities. As well as an Indoor and outdoor pool, The Hotel also has two fantastic restaurants and two bars.

Within the resort you also have a supermarket, bank, hairdressers, tennis court and childrens play areas.

Our fabulous Bungalow, is situated in the Malibu Beach area of the Oliva Nova beach resort. You are spoilt for things to do here. For a relaxing holiday by the pool, as well as the private shared pool near the bungalow, you have the hotels outdoor pool,as well as a glamorous indoor spa pool. Children can find play areas, as well as a childrens club run through the summer from the hotel. There are a few on site restaurants and bars, a small market nearby, tennis courts, and of course golfing.
It is a 5 minute drive to the traditional Spanish town of Oliva and 15 minutes to the cosmopolitan town of Denia.

Restaurants You have the choice of 3 restaurants in the Oliva Nova Resort. El Olivo This gourmet restaurant provides an authentic taste of the region, offered by award winning chef Manuel Morejon. His Mediterranean cuisine is composed of the finest selection of regional products. You will also find an excellent Bodega with some of Spain’s finest wines, as well as a superb selection of cigars. The restaurant is situated in the Oliva Nova Resort Hotel by the swimming pool area. At certain times of the year it maybe best to reserve a table, this can be dine by either visiting the restaurant or hotel reception or telephoning the restaurant on 96b285 76 00 (use pre-fix 0034 if telephoning from a UK mobile). Oliva Nova Restaurant This fine restaurant is situated in the Hotel. You can choose dishes from the Al a Carte Menu or choose from the selection offered on the daily special 3 course menu which costs in the region of 30 euros per person. A selection of wines is on offer, with the table wine starting from 9 euros. Golf Club Restaurant Whether you want a lunchtime snack or full meal, after your round of golf, this restaurant can provide you with a good choice and good value for money. There is plenty to do here at Oliva, there are restaurants on site to cater for all tastes, as well as the local towns to explore which offer local cuisine. Both the Golf club and the hotel arrange events during the summer months. The hotel also organizes a childrens club during peak season. There is a luxurious spa at the hotel, as well as an outdoor pool, and a fabulous indoor one.

About Beaches

why not stroll along to the Hotel, situated on the beach, you can enjoy a meal or a drink by the pool, or visit the indoor Spa Pool while the children play in the children’s club available during the Summer months. During the summer Oliva becomes one of the main tourist destinations, its fabulous beaches with crystal clear water and fine sand make it a perfect holiday location. You have six different beaches to visit at Oliva, and the Oliva Nova Resort is perfectly placed on one of them. Another beach is Pau-Pi , a small bustling area with shops and restaurants make this a great day out. As its also suitable for the disabled, this area has earned itself the EU Blue Flag for its beach facilities. .

Dotted throughout the resort are small childrens play areas, there is one quite close to the driving range. The hotel also runs a childrens club during the summer months.

About Local Attrcations

In Oliva Town high street, there is an 18th century mansion open to visitors, in the old suburb there is an archaeological museum which houses a collection of items representing the various cultures of the region. There are also 1,000 acres of wetland at the Oliva-Pego marshes, here you will find flora and fauna with a high environmental value, as well as migrating birds, ducks, and mud-hens. From here you can travel to the Font Salada, where bathing in thermal waters is recommended for the treatment of skin problems.

You will need to hire a car from the aiport to get to this area as its about a 50mintute drive. You can fly in to either Alicante or Valencia.
