Large communal swimming pool which is private and gated (the gates are padlocked for added security) has a children's bathing section and a large sunbathing area with beautiful tables and benches, is situated just behind the property, approximately 100m away.
Situated in the peaceful urbanization of La Torreta, approximately 500m from the beautiful salt lake.
The property is ideally located just two minutes walk from two restaurants / bars and a convenience store. Many more local amenities are listed under "facilities" below.
Torrevieja, local beaches, golf courses, various aqua parks, funfair, tennis club, bowling alley, mini-golf, casino, bars, restaurants, markets, shops and numerous other forms of family entertainment.
Accommodation:
The property has two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, two bedside table lamps and bedside tables.
The second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan, three bedside tables and a separate wardrobe.
The kitchen area is very spacious with ample storage and work space (including a breakfast bar area) and includes a washing machine, iron, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and various cooking and dining utensils.
A door from the kitchen leads you to a spacious outside drying and storage (galleria) area.
The spacious, air conditioned, through lounge / dining room consists of dining table and chairs, TV, Satellite TV, DVD Player, DVD movies for all ages, playing cards, dominoes etc. There's a settee which opens up into a double bed, two armchairs, coffee table, and various other extras.
Satellite TV: The property has Satellite TV in the lounge. There are over 25 different channels and a full list of all the TV channels is available on request.
Internet connection: The property as the possible availability (please contact us for further details and cost) of having an internet connection allowing you to take your laptop and have direct access to the internet. Many of the local amenities have internet availability either by free WI-FI or pay as you go machines.
At the front of the property there's a private, tiled terraced area, which is ideal for total relaxation.
The terraced area leads onto the private, large, corner plot garden, with views to the swimming pool area.
Garden furniture consists of a table and six chairs, allowing you to either soak up the Mediterranean sun shine or (if you prefer) to relax in the shade.
Facilities:
The property is in a very peaceful location. The private and security gated communal swimming pool is situated just behind the property, only 100m away. The large swimming pool incorporates a safe small children's swimming area. The swimming pool is surrounded by an area ideal for relaxing / sunbathing.
The property is located only 500m from the beautiful salt lake where you can relax and take a therapeutic mud bath.
There are many amenities situated within 5 / 10 minutes easy walking (the local area is very flat) distance of the property, these include the following:
Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurants, Italian restaurant, traditional Spanish tapas bars, local shops, traditional English, Irish and Scottish bars, pizzeria, traditional English fish & chip shop, super market which sells English products, medical centre, doctors, dentist, pharmacist, hair dressers, and many other local amenities. Many of the facilities also have internet availability.
There are many large fast food outlets such as McDonalds, Burger King, KFC etc, a large casino, a cinema, an indoor bowling alley and arcade, a very large and modern shopping complex called "Habaneras" and many more forms of entertainment located a pleasant 10 / 15 minutes easy walking distance
There is a very large Iceland freezer centre less than 5 minutes drive from the property which sells a wide range of products exactly the same as can be purchased from Iceland centres in the UK.
If you require even more quality night life, entertainment etc then Torreviejas centre, marina and harbour are the places to visit. They have numerous clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a fun fair. All are within easy reach of our property.
You can reach Torrevieja centre, marina, harbour and beaches by either using the regular bus service, local taxi service, car or a relaxing 25 minute stroll.
There's a nearby private and safe bicycle / walkway. This takes you directly from our urbanisation / property through to Torrevieja and its beaches etc.

The property is situated approximately 35 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 25 minutes drive from Murcia airport.

If you are looking for a long term rental we can offer this to you at a reduced price. The property is in the much sought after area of La Torreta (with large villas costing up-wards of a million Euros) and therefore ideal for long term rentals, especially if you are looking to re-locate to Spain.
Booking Information:
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 (short holiday lets) or £200 (long term rentals) is required to secure your rental booking, this is deducted from the total of your rental fee which is due 6 weeks before your holiday rental begins.
A refundable breakages / damage deposit of £100 (short holiday rentals) or £200 (long term rentals) is required six weeks prior to the start of your rental period. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, subject to no breakages / damage and on the return of our properties keys. The breakages / damage deposit may vary for long term rentals.
The balance is required six weeks prior to the start of your rental period.
Our key holders will clean the property before your arrival, clean bed linen and towels will be provided for you. They will again clean the property at the end of your stay ready for our next guests. Due to this a cleaning charge is required of €45, this is payable on the day of arrival or during your stay, to our key holders.
If more than 4 persons are in your rental party (up to a maximum of 6 persons) an additional £20 for each extra person, per week, is required.
All bed linen and towels are freshly supplied. Unfortunately, beach towels are not supplied.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, however it is permitted on the private terrace and (obviously) in the garden using ashtrays provided.
If requested travel cots and high chairs can also be arranged for the duration of your stay for a small charge by local hire company.
Small pets may be considered.
Airport transfers can be arranged for approximately €45, this is paid on your arrival.
We recommend renting a car as this will let you fully appreciate and explore the surrounding areas.
We can also provide you with a welcome pack, milk, bread, butter, water, tea and coffee. When booking our property. Please notify us if you require a welcome pack. The small charge for this service will be payable to our key holders in Spain during your stay.
