The house is air-conditionned, with heat pump, electric furnace and two wood burning stoves for winter months. There are 2.5 bathrooms; one is ensuite with a bedroom on second floor. Large sunroom overlooks lake and includes five-person hot-tub, elliptical machine, darts and small pool table. Entire house is recently renovated and furnished, including Innkeeper mattresses. Kitchen is "all new". with convection oven, side-by-side refrigerator, micro wave, dishwasher, etc. There are two decks, one on east side of house and one on west side (lake side) of house.
