Relax in our exclusive luxury villa with private pool in an un-spoilt corner of the Mediterranean. This beautiful new villa is located only 25 minutes from the Airport in the lovely resort of Dalyan, on the South West coast of Turkey.
This Villa is the ultimate holiday destination. The owners have equipped the villa to the highest standard and one is surrounded by the sound of birds and the grandeur of the mountains in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
This beautiful villa is set in it's own walled garden with panoramic views of the mountain countryside, There is a floodlit swimming pool with a circular children's pool and a barbecue. In the villa you will find a large lounge and dining area and large fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The whole villa is air conditioned and is equipped with DVD/CD/TAPE system, Sony Playstation, and Saterlite TV. All bedrooms have their own balcony with Mountain Views, and there are two bathrooms upstairs (one en-suite), and a shower room downstairs.
Two sides of the dining room open up onto a large south facing (but covered) terrace with barbecue and access to the pool. There is a children's pool and quiet areas of the garden, ideal for sunbathing. Villa Limon is situated on the edge of Dalyan Town and is only a four minute Taxi or Dolmus ride into the centre of Dalyan. There is a small shop at the end of the road.

Beautiful beaches, forest walks, ruins of Caunos, Lycien Rock Tombs, Boat Trips, Turkish Baths, Masseurs, Natural Mudbaths, Thermal Springs, Scuba Diving, Markets, Shops, very reasonably priced Restaurants and Bars and charming and friendly people. These are just a few of the attractions you can experience during our very memorable holiday at Villa Limon.
The town sits on the Dalyan river fed by the local mountain streams that converge on the Koycegiz lake. Locals and tourists alike can enjoy the natural Mud Baths and Thermal Springs at the side of the lake, then meander through the maze of reed beds, passing the ancient Rock Tombs carved into the side of the mountain 3000 years ago. The river opens onto the beautiful Iztuzu Beach, better known as Turtle Beach where the gently shelving beach is home to the endangered Loggerhead turtle as well as much bird life.
Dalyan is a place that has something for everyone, no matter what your age; from doing nothing but relaxing, to white water rafting or sea kyaking, to lazy boat trips along the coast, stopping to snorkel and eat. Its a good place for the children/teenagers in your family: they can enjoy a greater degree of independence from the adults without getting into trouble. It is by and large a very safe place and the locals are friendly and trustworthy.
This wonderful un-spoilt corner of Turkey is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing and exotic culture of Turkey. Dalyan and its people are so incredibly friendly, you will probably never want to leave.
