Torre del Guado Country House is a charm medieval building, dating back to the 13th century, just converted into a warm and refined country holiday farm by the new owners, lovers of the Tuscan landscape, of the art and of the solar and intimate atmosphere of these places. Now the ancient villa is a center of hospitality, administrated by the owner-family itself, base for excursions in the magnificent cultural and artistic centres nearby, where the guests can enjoy of a family and discreet hospitality in comforting and elegant environments and of quiet and relax in the garden or by our ecological swimming pool, with panoramic views of the surrounding
landscape.
Our guest farm features: 5 self-catering vacation-apartments from 2+2 to 4+2 guests, each one with fireplace and individually designed, open barbecue, private parking and spacious reception rooms for ceremonies.
The farmhouse, set in beautifully maintained gardens and surrounded by the biological cultivations of the firm "ABOCA", fenced and with closed gates, is an ideal place for families with children.

LOCATION

The villa, set at 28 km from Arezzo, is located outside of medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, birthplace of the great Piero della Francesca, in panoramic position amidst a picturesque landscape, a natural amphitheatre of wild and uncontaminated beauty.
You will be situated near Chianti-Cortona area and on the border with Umbria, in strategic position to visiting the glorious Tuscan countryside and many of central Italy's most important holiday attractions: Rome, Cortona, Siena, the Chianti region, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno. They all are accessible along the E45 speedway, which is only 3 kms from the villa.
Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding and nearby restaurants are available at a short driving distance.

Ground floor: living room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchenette, dining table for 6, first floor: 1 large double bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 extra pull-out bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. In the rooms a refined and welcoming atmosphere in the apricot tonalities. It Sleeps: 4+2.


THE APARTMENTS

All the apartments are brightly lit, with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Each apartment has its own fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette (4 plates gas, refrigerator, compartment ice, electric oven) and all the benfits of modern technology (satellite TV, single heating with counter, and washing machine). Bedding, towels and tablecloiths are provided in every apartment. All areas in the apartment are tastefully and stylishly decorated thanks to a carefully selected colour scheme of warm, pastel shades.
