A trippled floored castle-house, built on a hill with breathtaking, unlimited views from all parts of the house,to splendid sunsets and moonlights in the sea.All rooms are elegantly furnished with airconditioning,TV,HI-FI washing machine,telephone etc. With wonderful stone fenced gardens all around.Sunbeds,outside shower,barbeque,in the garden.
Close to two sea- side taverns and one organised beach, 300 metres down the hill.Built in a very nice region with trees, and 4 kilometres away from both,the capital town of the island and the most picturesque, fishing village of Perdika.

in 3 kilometres away the most picturesque ,fishing village of Perdika,with one side ,a pedestrian cobbled road in front of the sEA and taverns and coffee shops to relax and enjoy.From there, boats take you in 8 minutes to the pined isle of Moni with a sandy beach,spots to fish or climb up the mountain through pine wood,or have a pic nic and feed the peacocks and deer!
