This individual stone built cottage is spacious and cool and has a lovely homely feel with traditional open beamed ceilings and quarry-tiled floor. Gerakas beach, grocery stores, bars and tavernas offering freshly prepared local food are a short stroll away. The main entrance leads into an open plan living room which is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa, easy chairs and features an open fire place. The adjacent dining area with table and chairs makes for cosy warmth. There are double French windows leading directly out onto the covered terrace. The cottage has a separate, well-equipped kitchen area, with a four-burner hob, a small oven and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. This property boasts 2 separate bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with large wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. French windows in each of the bedrooms lead out onto the terrace. There is an additional daybed in the living room, and there is even room for spare bed suitable for a child, provided on request. The bathroom has a shower and a small bath, basin and toilet.
