Our 3 bedroomed home has air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms. The Lanai overlooks a conservation area. The pool has electric heating available if required at reasonable rates. We would recommend using the additional heating between November and March. The house is a single story property and will accommodate up to 8 people. It is furnished to a high standard & is extremely comfortable.
