This is a very quiet large pretty wooden property with dramatic views of Montsegur chateaux and the mountains from all the big windows and the two terraces. It has a garden below and woods behind. Perfect for nature and history lovers and has a river about 10 mins walk down from the house. 15 mins from the ski resort which is open all year around now for summer walking and skiing.You can also reach the Mediterranean about 1 and half hours away.
We ideally looking for long term lets from 2 weeks upwards but will consider all enquiries.

Local Area Details

Montferrier- is the local very pretty old village you can walk to from behind the house and the nearby Montsegur village near the Chateaux is about 10 mins drive away. There is also the other chateaux of Rennes le Chateaux and Piuvert castle.Nearby French markets in Foix and MirePoix. There are many walks/treks through the woods behind the house and in front. Lots of cheap good restaurants nearby. Good wine and vineyards.
