A most unusual detached villa with four bedrooms, two lounges, two bathrooms and private pool situated near the golf course and commercial area at La Marquesa Ciudad Quesada.
Entrance is from a front shaded terrace into the lounge dining area consisting of 2 and 3 seater sofa's side unit with large tv (uk digital channel)s, coffee table and dining table and chairs.
A feature of the villa is a spiral staircase down to the lower lounge area which has a double comfy sofa bed and can double up as an additional bedroom.
On the first level is the fully fitted kitchen with access to a flight of steps leading down to the pool and up to the roof terrace. Also at this level is a twin-bed room and full bathroom.
On the lower level via the spiral staircase is the second lounge area with sofa bed, side unit, dresser, coffee table and portable tv with vcr . of the lounge is a small hallway leading to the second full bathroom and three other bedrooms,1 twin, 1 double and 1 single. there is also access to the garden and pool on this level.
Local Area DetailsIt is two minutes drive or 10 minute walk to the golf course with many international resturants, bars and supermarkets. Its only a 5 minute drive to the bars/resturants and shops in the main market town of Rojales. The center of Quesada has many international restaurants, bars, several banks, variety of shops, hair dressers and an Aquapark all within a ten minute drive. The nearest blue flag beach is at the popular Spanish town of Guardamar 4 Km’s away and well worth many visits during your stay. A car is essential for this property although there are bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance (aprox 10 minutes).Other activities inc crazy golf,go-carting ,water sports,nature reserves, and theme parks.
Alicante ,Murcia ,Cartengena cities are all within 50 minutes drive of the villa.
