Thanks to stone walls and clay tiles, the house remains cool in summer and warm in winter.

The little house is about 2 km from the village of Vrisses and 4 km from the sea at Georgioupolis. Tavernas, kafenions and shops can all be found in Vrisses. A car is essential.
