Rodia Villa constitutes part of Athina Luxury Villas, a small complex of three independent luxury villas, situated in a magnificent natural environment overlooking the ocean.
Rodia Villa is an exclusive property made of wood and stone, set amongst a natural environment surrounded by lavish gardens and overlooking the mediterranean ocean as well as the surrounding vineyards and olivegroves. It is a luxurious property with many facilities and services, such as marble hammam, private pool, whirlpool bathtub etc. Guests enjoy daily maid service, daily change towels and linen 2-3 times/week, massage on request.
The villa consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, a dining table for four, a home-office with interner acsess and fax machine and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two marble bathrooms, one with shower and another with a whirlpool bathtub, equipped with wonderful gold-plated mirrors, hair-dryer, slippers, bathrobes and exclusive toiletries.
Rodia villa also consists of a master bedroom with a four-posted bed, a TV set, two hand-made armchairs in front of the fireplace and a beautiful make-up corner with a mirror, drawers and cupboards. There is also a walk-in closet with spacious storage room as well as a wooden attic with a double bed overlooking the wonderful environment.
Near the stone patio that surrounds the pool there is a stone barbecue, a large wooden kiosque for picnics and comfortable garden furniture.
Local Area DetailsNear the villa, there is a horse riding center within a 7 km distance, many water sports available at the nearest fully organised beach (3 km)which also boasts a blue flag and many beautiful paths for guest to walk or bicycle around the villa.
Beautiful churches and historical monuments are also within a range of 10-20 km, while Chania and its old Venetian Harbour lies within 19 km.
Many beautiful beaches are also nearby and we can arrange car-rental at extremely low prices for our guests in order to go on excursions after giving them all necessary information and suggestions for a fruitful and interesting day.
Additional InformationAbout NightlifeThe nightlife in Platanias is quite intense as it boasts many restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs. Platanias lies within a distance of 7km from Villa Rodia, making it an ideal lodging for isolation and relaxation but at the same time close to where the heart beats in summer.
Chania, with its picturesque Venetian Harbour with its many attractions, is just a 30min drive, located 19km to the east.
