Rates:
High Season May 16th till October 15th: £76.5/ night
Low Season October 16th till May 15th: £50 / night
3 Nights minimum stay.
Cleaning fee: £50 (free for bookings of 6 nights or more).
Once the rental inquiry submitted we will contact you to complete the rental agreement.
All reservations must be paid in full at the moment of the rental agreement signature in order to
secure the reservation. In addition to the rental, you must pay a refundable deposit equal to £250.
This deposit covers any damage you may do to the apartment and failure to return the keys and will be
returned in the time frame of two weeks after your stay.
The keys will be sent / returned by mail.
