10 miles north of Edinburgh. Good park and rides 1 to 2 miles away in Inverkeithing.
Lovely gardens, seating & private woodland with wildlife hide.
Well equipped kitchen, American style ice making fridge/freezer, washer/drier, etc.
1 bathroom with shower over bath. 2 bedrooms 1 with double & single bed,1 with twin beds, so can sleep 2 adults plus 2 to 3 children with z-bed on request for living room. Toddler friendly, Cot & baby stuff available on request. 2 miles to family restaurants, golf & beach. Some antiques & original features. Owner makes garden furniture, gifts like bowls, etc.

Additional InformationAbout Weather/Climate/TemperatureGenerally we are in a pleasant geographical pocket, that experiences unseasonal good weather. We have had B.B.Q's in February & November.
However it is said that we can also experience every season in a day. So bring an umbrella &rainproof mack. Also a warm jumper for nightime.
