This gorgeous attic is situated in the centre of Taormina in a very strategic position. The enchanting views from the terrace and from the balcony will take your breath away. From the terrace you can simply “touch‿ the ancient Taormina Cathedral, giving a glance at the beautiful Naxos gulf and at the Greek Theater of Taormina. House is 75 sq. meters big in the covered part; it has also a terrace of about 15 sp. meters and a balcony in the back side. It has 1 double bedroom with balcony, and 2 singles bedroom (all with windows) 2 bathrooms (brand new – one with shower and other one with Jacuzzi. There is a large dining - living room with TV color and 2 sofas and a fully equipped kitcken with oven, refrigerator, 4 burners, dish washer and washing machine. The appartment has been renovated few months ago and it’s furnished with antique pieces from XX century. The apartment is suitable for 4- 5 people.

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All year long weekly rent. Please ask for our rates (depending on low or high season and number of guests.
Above mentioned price includes all taxes, services, one set of linens (one set included per week), gas, electricity and water.
Check in : Saturday afternoon between 4.00-7.00 p.m.
Check out : Saturday morning before 10.00 a.m.
A deposit of 50% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. A receipt of your deposit will be sent via e-mail together with all details.
Balance is payable within 2 months before the arrival date.
Cancellation is allowed only if received more than 2 months before letting. In this case you will be charged of the 50% deposit.
If cancellation is received less than 2 months before letting, you will be charged for total rent.
A deposit (EUR 300,00) is to be paid to the owner on the arrival day. This money will be refunded upon the departure less a deduction for making good any loss or damage or for optional services.
