Villa Saray - A delightful brand new luxury villa, in a select position on a peaceful hillside, with stunning views over the picturesque, sophisticated resort of Kalkan. The villa has been recently built to an extremely high standard with antique marbled floors, featuring limestone walls internally. The villa will be available by from May onwards and will be tastefully furnished with products from local craftsmen,and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning to provide comfort throughout the villa. The spacious open plan lounge features a stone fireplace and french doors which open onto the large terrace and private swimming pool. The dining area seats eight and the kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, gas hob, washing machine and ancillary kitchen items. The two main first floor double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and access to a large balcony with views overlooking Kalkan bay and the pool terrace. The ground floor double bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room. The bedroom has direct access to the pool and sun terrace. The lounge has two sofa beds to accommodate two further adult guests (or four children). The private fresh water swimming pool is serviced daily. The terrace is spacious and well equipped with sun loungers and tabling to seat eight for meals to be enjoyed outside. Villa Saray also enjoys a spacious roof top terrace providing even more spectacular views, the ideal place to enjoy a pre-dinner tipple. A daily maid service is provided and the towels and bed linen are changed twice weekly. The gardens are watered daily.
