This resulted in three self-contained apartments. St. Catherine's is the first/top floor apartment and is named after one of the islands visible from the panoramic view. The apartment has spectacular views out to sea and to Caldey Island. It also overlooks Tenby's highly regarded golf links that has the distinction of being Wales' oldest golf course.
Living Room: The large living room has spectacular coastal views including Caldey Island, the golf course and South Beach. Three piece suite, pine dining table and chairs, a dresser, colour TV and video player. Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator. Bedroom 1: Four poster double bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bedroom one also enjoys the same spectacular views as the living room. Bedroom 2: Two single pine beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bathroom: Panelled bath with mixer/shower attachment over, wash basin and wc. Utility Room: There is also a utility room with washing/drying facilities on site. Parking: There is parking for one vehicle.
