This modern 3 bedroom house on a friendly community is ideal for family holidays. Furnished to a high standard throughout, it includes hot/cold air conditioning fitted in the master bedroom and lounge, dining area .The spacious lounge is furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table & chairs and 60 channel digital TV/radio with unit, there is also a shower and W/C room leading off of the lounge.
There is fully fitted kitchen which leads out to the rear garden; this is fully tiled and is an ideal place to lie on the provided sun-loungers to soak up the suns rays and watch the children playing. The walled rear garden overlooks and has access the gated communal gardens and large swimming pool. There is also separate children’s pool. There is also a private stoned garden to the front of the property and includes a shaded front porch to sit on those hot afternoons. The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes with ample storage space,it also has its own balcony which has partial views to the salt lakes. The second bedroom to the rear has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a balcony which overlooks the communal gardens and pool areas.The third bedroom is located of the dining area and has twin beds with side unit & draw unit with hanger. The main bathroom is very spacious and fitted with large corner bath with shower,bidet,w/c and vanity sink unit.
The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches and year round sunshine. Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. It is also an ideal base to explore the many attractions in the region, including water parks (one in Quesada itself),Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm 50 minutes drive, crazy golf, go-carting, fun fair, nature reserves and boasts 12 superb golf courses all within easy traveling distance ~ one within five minutes drive from the house at Quesada. The city of Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Cartegena/Murcia 50 minutes .
Local Area DetailsNearest beach is at Guardamar del Segura this is a blue flag beach and one of the best on the Coasta Blanca and only a ten minute drive by car.
Guardamar it self is a beautiful resort town with many facilities and restuarants and is well worth many visits.
Torrevieja which is fifteen minutes by car or bus provides excellent facilities including many local shops, hyper-markets and a recently opened Casino and newly opened shopping centre boasting many designer names.
It is a five minute drive to the golf course of La Maquesa and only 2 minute walk to the supermarkets and local bars and restaurants. The main town of Quesada has lots of restaurants, several banks, variety of shops, hairdressers, Aqua Park & 4 star spar Hotel all within a few minutes drive.The nearest beach is at the popular Spanish resort town of Guardamar which is 4 Km’s away. A car is essential for this property for those wishing to explore the beautiful surrounding areas although for those who do not wish to drive there are many bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
