The separate kitchen has hob, combi microwave/grill/oven, fridge and ample crockery, cookware etc. A glazed door leads directly to the balcony. Bathroom with bath/shower over, wash-hand basin. Separate toilet. The studio is all electric and is suitable for use throughout the year A private 'cave' in the basement of the building gives storage space for suitcases etc., and we have bicycles (mens & ladies) for exploring the area.

Local Area Details

There is much to see and do in the area. There are beaches and resorts to suit all tastes. A nearby area of Marais 'marshland' is a safe haven for wildlife and this opens into the sea at the lovely Point du Payre. Oyster beds and salt beds can be visited in this area. Les Sables d'Olonne to the north and La Tranche sur Mer to the south, La Rochelle a little further down. Cycling, walking, exploring, beaches for sunbathing, swimming or body boarding.
