Alpenhaus, is located a 100 yard walk from the Bunny Hill ski lift and you can ski back to the door. In the summer time, the 1/3 acre property provides a wonderful play area for families. We provide badminton, boche and a hammock. We are located on outside edge of the subdivision where there is an open area to forest across the road. Deer frequently cross and spend time in our yard. In the summer you will often find a doe napping in the side yard under the poplars.

We also provide TV with DVD and VHS as well as cable and a stereo with CD player.

Year-round you have access to the Panorama Springs hot pools and water park. We also have our own 8-man hot tub outside which is excellent any time of the year. The 36' x 14' deck is furnished with lots of furniture and a propane barbeque.

Alpenhaus is equipped with a full kitchen, a wood burning stove, 2 bathrooms (one 4 piece and one 3 piece), and all the amenities of home. This 1800 square foot chalet has three bedrooms (with feather duvets), and two living areas.

Two bedrooms have queen size beds (60' x 80"), the third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed (36" x 72 over 54" x 72") and there is a pullout queen size sleeper couch (60" x 80") in the lower family room.

An environment for both families or the adult vacationers, Alpenhaus provides the perfect getaway with its cozy, relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Just bring your food and toys and get ready to enjoy your time away from home.

The Greywolf Golf Course is less than 1 km from the chalet. This challenging 18 hole Award Winning course won Best New Design for golf courses in Canada when it opened in 1999. The views are absolutely fabulous.

Local Area Details

Panorama and the Columbia Valley are a vacationers mecca. Activities abound from down hill skiing to snowmobiling, parasailing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing (fly or otherwise), boating on mountain lakes, enjoying natural hot springs to shopping for knickknacks or for some of the local artwork.
