Very well equiped, modern 3 bedroomed, 1 bathroom, kitchen, large living room with a very large garage. There is ample parking. The villa is set in an old vineyard overlooking the village of Soubes, with superb mountain views. The climate is mediterean and we are approx 40 mins from the coast, (Cap d'Agde) and Montpellier airport. The garden extends to over half an acre with a large pool landscaped into the garden. Soubes is a very attractive and ancient village with plenty of history, and there are lovely walks close to the villa. There is a lively cafe in the centre of the village, which serves very nice reasonably priced meals, are there are shops and supermarkets close by.

Local Area Details

The villa is very close to the Gorges of the Tarn which are famous for their beauty, and water related activities such as canoeing. The world famous Roquefort Cheese caves are nearby, and there are many other superb sights including world famous Grottes, underground caverns.
