The House offers:
- 2 bedrooms with Double Beds, and a third Bedroom with Twin Beds. There is a Sofa-bed in the lounge to sleep a further 2 people.
- 2 Bathrooms.
- The large lounge has the original oak beams and fireplace with a wood burning stove, and two seating areas, a Multi-channel Sky Satellite TV with DVD and VHS Recorder, also a HI-Fi System. Large patio doors lead to the outside balcony.
- Large Kitchen - Diner with original fireplace and fully equiped.
- Roofed Patio area at side of house where you will probably prefer to take most of your meals, which is equiped with a Gas Barbecue .
- The Swimming Pool is 10 by 5 meters. It is equipped with sun loungers, and has views out over the valley.
Local Area DetailsLocated in the heart of the Dordogne region of France, it is only 3 miles from Le Bugue. An ideal base for exploring all the attractions of the Vezere & Dordogne valleys, after which one can return to sit by the pool area and enjoy a refreshing drink whilst looking over the valley below. Le Bugue is the local town located on the Vezere River 3 miles north of where it joins the Dordogne River. It is only a pleasant 5 minute drive away from Le Message, and is reached by a local road which passes though Woods, Meadows and Walnut Groves. Le Bugue has Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, Shops. and a twice weekly Market. There are also two Show Caves, a Model Village and Aquarium.
There is a 18 holes golf course at only 15 minutes drive from the house.
