Cottage with Swimming Pool set in 8 acres, in a peaceful hamlet of only ten houses. Ideal for 3 to 5 guests.
CAN BE RENTED WITH "THE MESSAGE" - SLEEPS 6/8.
The pavilion style cottage is ideal for three guests and has the possibility of sleeping a further 2 people on the Sofa-bed in the lounge.
The Lounge/Diner has a dining area seating 4. The Lounge end of the room has a Sofa-bed. There is a Satellite TV with basic UK channels and a VHS Recorder.
The large bedroom has three single beds and a built-in Wardrobe.
The well equiped Kitchen is off the Lounge/Diner and has a Fridge, Cooker and Microwave.
There is a Shower room with Washbasin & Bidet. and a separate WC. The Lounge and Bedroom both have French Doors leading out to the covered terrace with views to the South-West.
The Swimming Pool is 10 by 5 meters. It is equiped with sun loungers, and has views out over the valley.

Le Bugue is the local town located on the Vezere River 3 miles north of where it joins the Dordogne River. It is only a pleasant 5 minute drive away from Le Message, and is reached by a local road which passes though Woods, Meadows and Walnut Groves. Le Bugue has Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, Shops. and a twice weekly Market. There are also two Show Caves, a Model Village and Aquarium.
There is a 18 holes golf course at only 15 minutes drive from the house.
