Its location is simply perfect, many renowned sights like the Column of Victory, Chateau Bellvue, the Brandenburg Gate, the Chancellor´s Office, the Reichstag and many more can all be easily reached by foot!
There are also excellent connections to the public transport system within minutes from the apartment, allowing easy access to the east and west of the city – no long distances to anywhere central:

The apartment is on the 2nd floor inside one of the most beautiful and famous houses of the Hansaviertel, the “Finnish House‿ by Alvar Aalto. The house is equipped with an elevator, always well kept and quiet. The view from the balcony into the green of the Tiergarten gives an impression of nature and serenity – right in the very center of the city!
For your household needs there are various restaurants and local stores in the neighborhood and a shopping center with supermarket, bakery etc. at U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (100 m).
