Secluded (tucked into woods, look out onto undeveloped Crown lands. 5 minute walk thru woods to tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, golf, swimming, boat rentals, tourist sites: Indian settlements, historic stone churches, scenic caves (w/ suspension bridge), charming small towns with 5 star restaurants, close to shopping (yet far enough away). Fully equipped kitchen, spacious screened-in porch, TV/VCR, tons of board games, beach chairs, umbrella, picnic table, BBQ, local history books, guidebooks and maps.
Local Area Details5 minute walk thru woods to tennis courts, baseball and soccer fields, golf, swimming and boat rentals. Tourist sites: Indian settlements, historic stone churches, scenic caves (w/ suspension bridge), charming small towns with 5 star restaurants, close to shopping (yet far enough away), inexpensive ferry ride to private island/Indian reserve. Peaceful sunset/sunrise strolls along beach. Plenty far away from active "main drag" area of Wasaga Beach. Free Jazz concerts (Nancy Island, about 10 minute drive) every Saturday night in July, fireworks on July 1 and Sept 1. Drive-in movie theater, go carts, mini golf, water slide park, ice cream stands and restaurants near by.
