A warm and inviting selfcontained studio, with its own entranceway. Equipped with new furniture, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and electric cooker with 2 hot plates.
Coffee and tea facilities, cutlery and kitchen utensils etc. for two people. Separate bathroom with shower, was basin and toilet.
Central heating, cable TV (BBC, CNN, MTV etc.), radio (no loud music as the Dutch respect their neighbors).
The studio will only be let to a maximum of two adults aged 27+.No backpackers, drugsusers and noisemakers.
Welcome Pack: free coffee and tea pack, sugar, some free drinks in the refrigerator. Our "House Book" gives information on what to see, where to go and how to get there. Includes restaurants, museums, monuments, boattrips, cafes etc.

Central Station is 8 minutes by public transport (bus, tram or boat). Situated in a new modern and exclusive development of apartment buildings, this area was until recently Amsterdam's Eastern Indies Docklands. It is surrounded by water Y-harbor with moored barges, sailing ships, in spring river cruisers and in summer the great cruise ships.
The studio has a great vieuw over the city. A shopping center is nearby, restaurants and a snackbar are found within walking distance.
