Property Details of Fuerteventura Villa
This new property truly is a tourist friendly villa, just a short walk from the National Park and no more than a twenty-minute walk from the town centre of Corralejo. Villa Geisha is newly built and to a very high standard by a local builder.
The property is detached and has two terraces outside and a very spacious roof terrace with views of the National Park.
The swimming pool is kidney shaped and is approximately 6 meters by 3.5 meters with terrace and flower borders surrounding. There is adequate patio furniture for eight people and a purpose brick built BBQ to the second terrace.
The interior living area of the property is completely open plan and with a pitched interior roof displaying a feature wooden ceiling on the lounge side of the house. The other side of the living area is an open plan kitchen and dining area. At both ends of the property are a small hallway with two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bathrooms are very well decorated with integral vanity units and have full facilities. In one bathroom is a fitted Jacuzzi bath with six hydro jets.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the remaining bedrooms are six single beds. There are large wardrobes to each bedroom and the master has a feature dresser.

The roof terrace is very spacious and has a view of the national park and in the other direction the sea and the island of Lobos
In general the property has a feel of quality and space due to the house being detached and its feature ceiling to the lounge. It is surrounded by other quality villas of a similar style and is highly recommended.
Local Area Detailssupermarket close by. Main town of corralejo hosts all shops bars and restaurants,banks, hire shops etc.
Water park 15 minutes walk away same as the local market held twice a week. Bowling alley 20 minutes away. Town hosts many hire shops for cars, bikes, quads, and excusions. From the harbour you can take boats to the local island of Lobos and Lanzarote, also diving excursions and general boat trips.
