Property Details of Baden Wurttemberg Apartment
The property is located in a small village in the Northern Black Forest, about 15 km away from the Schwarzwald-Hochstrasse and less than 1 hour from Ryanair airport Karlsruhe Baden.
Situated in a valley at the end of the village in an early 20th century mansion which has been converted into flats, the property is perfect either for a peaceful or more active holiday with plenty of sporting activities and day trip destinations nearby. There's plenty of playing space for children around the house and there's virtually no traffic.
The apartment is omfortable and spacious (81 sqm) and situated on the first floor .
It has an open plan living room with fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a cosy wooden seating area. The lounge area has a sofa and two armchairs and has a TV set and radio.
One bedroom sleeps 2 adults in twin beds and is furnished with a cupboard and a dressing table. There's a shower room with toilet opposite the bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a wooden bunker bed which sleeps two adults and there's a 3rd single bed, a cupboard and an en-suite fully tiled shower room with toilet.
Furniture and fittings are tasteful and comfortable and all rooms have lovely views onto the garden.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the communal parts of the house.
In summer guests can relax in the large communal gardens.
The property benefits from large communal gardens with a small stream and waterfall next to its border. It is a lovely and quiet location.

Guests can start walking or hiking trips from the house. There are very nice walks into the valley, passing by the local trout farm where guests can buy fresh trout to take away or eat in the owner's small restaurant.
The local public outdor swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts are a 15 mins walk away. Horse riding is possible in the next village, MItteltal, ca 3 kms away.
In wintre, cross country skiing is 100m away, with 2 circuits of 2 and 7.5 kms, one with floodlight.
Skiing slopes can be reached in 15 mins by car by going to the Ruhestein, located on the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse. There's an ice skating rink in Baiersbronn, ca 5 kms away.
The next small shops are located in Obertal, ca 5 mins by car
There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, this area has 2 of the best restaurants in Germany! For a special occasion, book at Traube in Tonbach or Barreiss, Mitteltal.
