The village (Klonari), in which the villa sits, consists of no more than 20 stone cottages and has a local orange grove, from which all people can help themselves. Klonari is easily accessible with good roads that provide Limassol beaches 20 minutes away. The Limassol dual carriage way is 15 minutes drive and thus provides rapid access to the many attractions of historical importance in Cyprus. The village itself allows for many wonderful walks and is only one minute for a British-run golf club (www.vikla-golf.com), which is frequented by many ex-pats. The golf club offers facilities found in many complex apartments as it has a swimming pool, bar, and serves sandwiches and snacks.
