The apartment follows some of the traditions of the old ‘fincas’ (farms). beamed ceilings, pine doors and window shutters. Supplied with town water and electricity. Bottled gas is used for water heating and the cooker hobs. There are heaters to keep you cosy in bad weather if you are used to central heating. Casita Higuera in Andalucia self catering accommodation for 2 or 3. Lounge with seating for 2/3 dining table & chairs, tv, dvd, satellite cd/radio, heating/cooling. Shower room with washbasin & wc, heating, fan & towel rail. Kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer in top, all crockery & utensils. Bedroom with twin beds, heating, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, drawers & clothes rail. Outside, private upper & lower patios with sunbeds, sunshades, tables & chairs, gas bar-b-q, garden. All linen & towels are supplied, beach/ sunbathing towels supplied on request to save flight weight. Total costs include all water, gas, cleaning on a weekly basis. A 3rd fold out bed or baby cot can be made available. Starter packs & beach towels are now provided, groceries can be arranged. A car is essential.
