Numerous olive and fruit trees cover the area and a pool and jacuzzi are to be made available in June. The accommodation sleeps up to eight with a pull-out bed in the lounge for two further guests. The villa/trullo comprises of a large dining/sitting area; well equipped kitchen with modern facilities; three good size bedrooms, with two having double beds and the other having two singles plus a double bedroom in the Trullo and a bathroom. The Trullo is separate from the Villa and benefits from a feature fireplace and en-suite with shower.The Trullo is also available for bed and breakfast with full use of the pool. There are two pizza/barbecue ovens and an additional outside kitchen area and two showers surrounding the pool.

There are many interesting towns and villages within a very short drive of Villa Marianna.The land in Puglia is often green when compared to other areas in the south. This is to do with underground water which the many olive and fruit trees tap into. Eating out is very reasonable with prices being suprisingly low. The cost of living in Italy is one of the lowest of the popular holiday destinations in Europe. It is half that of Ireland! The food is wonderful and the locals are very much family orientated and extremely friendly.
