This luxury 4 bed. two bath. home is situated in a quiet residential community in the countryside, and on the edge of the 400 acre Lake Davenport, which is just a 12 minute easy drive to Disney's main gate.
It was purchased, and furnished, to a very high standard of accommodation, not merely as a 'rental property,' but as our 'second home.'
We love to spend as much time as we can there, and would be very pleased if you would wish to share our enjoyment of this superb home also.
It is very conveniently situated for all amenities.
There is a bank, major supermarket, petrol (gas) station, and a golf course, all within one mile of the house.
The lake is just a short walk away, a special feature of which are the beautiful early morning sun-rises.
There are fishing, bar-b-que, and boat launching facilities on the lakeside.
The development has a communal swimming pool and sun deck, together with flood lit tennis courts overlooking the lake.
Davenport Lakes is conveniently situated near the junction of the U.S. hwy. 192, and U.S. hwy. 27, thus communication and 'route planning' to any part of Florida is 'a dream.'
The house is a mere 25 minute drive from Orlando International Airport, one hour from Orlando Sanford Airport, and only 90 minutes from Tampa.
The Gulf Coast to the west, Clearwater/St. Petersberg, Naples, Fort Myers, are all easily accessible.
As is the Atlantic coast to the east, with Daytona, Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Centre.
The Disney theme parks are only 12 minutes drive away, along a straightforward dual carriageway.
Other attractions, including Universal Studios and SeaWorld are not much further.
On the journey toward these you will pass a multitude of shops, restaurants, and many other attractions. - More than enough to keep the family occupied during several holidays to Florida!!

Our home will comfortably accommodate eight guests in the four bedrooms, and has in addition a 'queen size' double 'sofa bed' to sleep two more if necessary.
A cot and high chair are also available at no extra cost.
The master bedroom suite is a 'delight.'
The 'queen size' double bed is flanked by tables, lamps, and a dressing table.
Pretty silk flowers and plants decorate the room.
Ample hanging and storage space is provided by the 'walk in' wardrobe.
Double doors open to the spacious bathroom, which has 'his and hers' wash hand basins, a 'walk in' shower with glass surround, oval bath tub and separate W.C.
A huge mirror and innovative lighting compliment the room.
The other three bedrooms all have twin beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dressing tables, lamps, and fans.
They all share the second full bathroom.
Two bedrooms overlook the pool, with the third overlooking the side garden.

The living room opens to the pool area through a patio sliding window.
The swimming pool itself is a particular feature of the house.
It faces south, and therefore has the sun on it all day - hopefully!
Patio furniture is provided on the sundeck, and there is a B.B.Q. in the garage.
The whole area is surrounded by a fine mesh screen, which lets the sun in, whilst keeping insects out.
The pool is professionally maintained, and inspected every week, and if you are staying in a cooler season, pool heating can be arranged with the manager.
Many of our guests find it such a tranquil spot, that it becomes difficult to leave the house and discover the attractions.
