The apartment is very light and airy, with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.Furnished to a high standard.The apartment overlooks the swimming pool from all windows ,and has a balcony on the lounge and a small balcony on the bedroom ,both overlooking the beautiful pool.The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor ,which is the top floor.All floors are accessiable by stairs or lift.
The bedroom has a king size bed, and in the living room there is a double metal action sofa bed and a single metal action bed, to sleep max 5.
The lounge area has been kept spacious,by not having a dining table but there is a table and chairs on the patio which can easily be brought inside if required.

Local Area DetailsThere is an extremely well stocked supermarket less than 2 mins from the apartment and there are bars and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk.
Benidorm is approx a 15 min bus ride away at a cost of 85c
Altea with a marina and beautiful old town is approx 10 mins away by bus ,car or taxi,but is a lovely pleasant walk from Albir along the promenade.
There is a train station approx 10 mins car journey away which has trains to Calpe,Denia,Javea,Alicante etc.
Guadalest is a lovely moorish mountain village approx 30 mins away by car and is a must for tourists.
Terra Mitica, the famous Costa Blanca theme park is approx a 15 min car journey away and is a fantastic family day out.Aqualandia , large water park is also easily accessible.
