At the heart of the Peninsular is Sarzeau, a delightful, bustling market town known for its micro-climate, and 500 metres from the Golfe du Morbihan. Sarzeau with a new Cultural Centre, many interesting Boutiques, good restaurants and bars, has much to offer: Suscinio Castle built in the 13th Century, close to the sea, as a summer residence for the Dukes of Brittany, is a big attraction and has a Drama Festival in August with public rehearsals in July; 'The Oyster Road' where you can visit Oyster Farms and taste the oysters; 'La Maison de la Pomme et due Cidre' the traditional Breton drink, introduces you to various stages in the making, ending with a tasting of the homemade cider.Saint Gildas de Rhuys, a few minutes south of Sarzeau is Golf de Kerver - an attractive 18 hole Links Course. Another popular 18 hole golf course is Golfe de Baden. | A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.A refundable security deposit(dependent on owner's request) is required in case of, for example, damage to the property or its contents (unless otherwise stipulated). This is payable with the balance.The rental period shall commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given prior permission. If this rule is broken, the Owner retains the right to either ask for financial compensation for the extra capacity, or indeed to cancel the remainder of the holiday without recompense to the Client. This is due to strict insurance clauses here in France. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the Property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period, as you should find it on your arrival. The Owner reserves the right to make retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the Property in an unacceptable condition. The Client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to any residents in any neighbouring properties. The Client shall report to the Owner without delay any defects in the Property or breakdown in equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the Property, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible.
