Property Details of Tenerife Apartment
We are proud to offer the only Executive Apartment in the area for clients who requires that little bit more from a holiday rental.
The Executive Apartment situated on the third floor, boasts a south facing double balcony that overlooks the complex pool.
It is a fully self contained one bedroom apartment, refurbished to the highest standard, consisting of a large double bedroom, with french doors leading out to the large double balcony, a spacious lounge also with french doors also leading to the balcony.
The kitchen area is an American style kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, built in cooker, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, the work surface is Italian marble, double drainer sink, electric kettle, toaster, in fact everything you need and expect from an executive apartment.
There is a dining area, next to the breakfast bar with pine table and chairs.
The bath room is fully tiled with a large vanity unit & sink, wc, and a super power walk in shower, there is also a storage cupboard that houses the large water boiler and washing machine.
On the balcony there is a top of the range table and high back chairs, and two adjustable sun loungers.
The apartment boasts double locks on the front door and a locking security gate, plus a security grill over the bathroom window.
Local Area DetailsThe Complex is a fully gated complex with two pools and lifts to all floors, very well located for shops,restaurants,nightlife as well as all the local attractions that Tenerife has to offer.
