The property was completed in February 2005 is furnished to a very high standard with a private pool The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher washing machine coffee machine kettle toaster juicer electric slicer gas hob fan assisted oven american style fridgefreezer microwave and cutlery and crockery as you would expect to cater for up to 6 people The separate dining room seats 6 and opens out with 2 double sliding doors onto the patio area where there is a built in barbecue and sink Sunbeds and outdoor tables and chairs are provided and the pool is cleaned on a weekly basis There are two double bedrooms with ensuite and one twin bedroom with a further bathroom The lounge has two large sofas a TV local and DVD player with surround sound There is a portable stereo with wireless speakers Plenty of storage space in all rooms bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed midweek at an extra cost if you require There is an additional upstairs floor to the villa which is not furnished and an extra large upstairs sun terrace accessible through sliding doors from the mezzanine floor
