There is a 35' waterfall near the property, and a short walk to the deserted beach, of semi-precious stones. The Hannah Hill House is the center for the discovery of the first recognized "Sea Monster"
ever found, and recorded. Major studies are now being done to establish the
actual link to any known species! There are other major stories involving the World Trade Center, and How the owner knew something was going to happen!! The house is spirited since the death of Elizabeth Roach in 1849.
