LOCATION
This is a 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) 2nd floor penthouse apartment with a good sized west facing balcony to watch the sun go down. Guests have full use of the complex’s facilities which include two adult sized swimming pools and a smaller children’s pool. There is a pool side bar serving drinks and snacks, a games room with pool tables and video gaming machines. There’s an onsite restaurant although there are many available all around the apartment to choose from. Across the street from the apartment is a 24hr mini supermarket and a little further down the street is a motor bike scooter rental shop. A two minute walk onto Nissi Avenue and you will find everything else you may need.



SUITABILITY

In the summertime the apartment is mostly suitable for anyone that likes to be close to the nightlife of Ayia Napa as it is located right behind the pedestrianised ‘Agias Mavris’ ‘Bar street’ You wont have far to stagger home at the early hours of the morning!

Off season, October to April, is a very quiet and peaceful time for a relaxing holiday, with only a handful of restaurants and shops open and temperatures still very pleasant.


THE APARTMENT

• The Bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with shelves and a hanging space, wall mirror, bedside cabinet, wall spotlights above the beds and an air conditioning unit and sliding glass doors leading to the large balcony. All linen provided.

• The Lounge has 2 easy to fold down beds (bigger than singles but not as big as doubles) a TV, shelf units, coffee table and corner lamp and sliding glass doors to the large balcony.

• The Kitchen has a fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster and a toastie maker. The dining table seats 4. Full sets of pans, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses are supplied.

• The Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink and mirror over the sink.

• The Balcony which is large and west facing has 4 seats and a table.

Please note: The apartment is on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs only.

THE DEPOSIT….We take a deposit with every booking because we take pride in our apartment we freshly decorated the apartment when we took it over and we thoroughly clean and prepare it for all our arrivals. We don’t just mop the middle of the floor, we go right into all the corners and you will be assured that the apartment is 100% fresh and clean!! We thank you and respect you for choosing to book with us, please show us your respect and leave our apartment with out any damages or losses to recuperate from your deposit.

Please note that due to past experience, we will now take a electric meter reading at the begining and end of all rentals due to overuse of the air conditioning unit (eg. unit on with the doors open or leaving it on whilst out of the apartment) any excessive units will be deducted from the deposit.
