This small traditional Spanish house has been modernised very simply with comfort in mind. It is set in an acre of secluded olive, avocado, orange, lemon, quince and almond trees nestling in a valley of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Step outside onto the original river stone terrace shaded by mature vines and fig trees and listen to the soothing flow of water from the stream that runs nearby while enjoying a glass of the excellent local wine.
Enjoy the complete privacy of the swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) with its special non-chlorine filter system (no stinging or red eyes) or relax in the hammock near by.
The town of Orgiva with it’s many bars restaurants, shops and banks is a 20 minute stroll along the Rio Chico.
Orgiva is just 1:30 hours drive from a ski resort, 1 hour from Granada and the Alhambra Palace and only 30 minutes from the coast. Easy access up the mountains to the Traditional Spanish villages.
The area is ideal for walkers, bird watchers or sun worshipping hedonists!
