Villa Serena is located in the METRO/COASTAL area of San Diego, California. We are 8-10 minutes by car away from MISSION BEACH,OCEAN BEACH and 5 minutes away from the AIRPORT and the BAY. It is a $8.00 taxi ride from the airport to the villa. There is a bus stop in front of the house and we are 5-7 minutes to the Old Town Transportation hub for the Trolley system.

We are 5 minutes away(Driving)to SEA WORLD,HISTORIC OLD TOWN, 10 minutes to ZOO, 10 minutes to the convention centers and DOWNTOWN,GASLAMP QUARTERS,BALBOA PARK, 20 minutes to La Jolla and Coronado and hiking. CABRILLO MOMUMENT is 5 minutes from us.

There is a lot to see and do in San Diego. We are here to help with directions, recommendations on local restaurants, attractions etc.

The Villa is a 3BEDROOM, 4 BATH fully furnished home. Alex and Kae live above the garage in a loft. We are onsite but not in the main house. We share our loft with our 3 kitty kats, who sometimes visit the main house to keep us company. In one of the bedrooms, there are 2 queen size beds, fireplace, balcony and private bath. In another one there is a queen size bed and a double bed with private bath. Still another one downstairs has a queen size bed, fireplace, sitting room, private bath and a door to the garden with the pool/spa area.For pictures and more details see my web page at www.villaserena.org

SAN DIEGO is the outdoor sports capital of the United States. With miles of coastline and white sandy beaches, world class golf, surfing and volleyball plus the Sportfishing you will never run out of things to do.

We are also home to the arts with the Old Globe, community theaters, fabulous art galleries,museums and Balboa Park.

To make your holiday complete, San Diego has many wonderful restaurants to suit any palate. Sea World, Historic Old Town, Cabrillo Monument, beaches are all only 5 driving minutes away from Villa Serena. Do a lot or do a little San Diego has it all.
