La villa ha un'entrata indipendente con cancello (vedi foto), antistante c'è un ampio Patio con giardino dove possibile pranzare all’aperto, preparare barbecue e/o riposarsi su comode sdraio. Tutto intorno aiuole completano la Villa .

The Villa has an independent entrance with a gate (see photo), and a large patio with garden where it is possible to have lunch outdoor and use the available BBQ for our guests and, of course, to relax on the comfortable garden chairs.

Attraverso la porta principale si accede nell’ingresso che porta direttamente all’ampio soggiorno arredato da due divani, due tavoli da pranzo da 4 posti e 8 posti (vedi foto), in un'altro ambiente c'è la cucina attrezzata con frigo/congelatore, lavatrice, stoviglie etc. Il riscaldamento è autonomo, elettrico e a gas. Sempre sullo stesso piano c'è una stanzetta con letto singolo e piccolo bagno di servizio. Il totale dei posti letto sono 8 con la possibilità di aggiungerne un altro su richiesta.

Attraverso una scala interna si accede al piano superiore dove troviamo: due stanze da letto matrimoniali con guardaroba e cassettiera, due stanze con due letti singoli e cassettiera, due bagni completi con vasca e doccia, sempre al primo piano c’è un terrazzino dal quale si accede al terrazzo panoramico.

Through the main door you enter the hall which is directly linked to the large living room furnished with two couches, two 4

and 8 seats dining tables (see photo), in another room you will find a complete kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, cutlery/pots, etc. The heating is electric or gas fuelled. On the same floor there is a little room with a single bed and a small service toilet with basin. A total of 8 beds capacity with the possibility to add an extra one.
An indoor staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will find two large double bedrooms with wardrobe and drawer, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a drawer, two bathrooms with baths and showers. On the same floor there is a little terrace from which it is possible to go to a large terrace.

Distance: from the sea it is just 10 minutes on foot, 1,5 Km. Access with a car is through a city council’s road.
