Your accommodation is a luxury six berth pine lodge. The lodge is double glazed and has gas central heating (tank gas) . You will appreciate the three bedrooms—one master room with ensuite bathroom and shower and two twin bed rooms with access to a separate bathroom with a bath/shower. The Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, washer/dryer,dishwasher,microwave, oven and hob. The dining area has a large table and chairs and has spectacular views of Troutbeck valley. The lounge area has comfortable seating , electric fire , Widescreen LCD TV/DVD, DAB radio and video. The French doors open up on to a large south facing decking area with unrestricted views across the Troutbeck river and up the Wansfell . The decking area is designed for relaxation and has a large table and seating for six people, a BBQ and large patio heater ( available in spring and autumn) Lakeland Lodge is appreciated by guests who regularly comment on the high standards of cleanliness and the quality of our bedding, décor and furnishing.The owners regaularly inspect the lodge every six weeks to ensure standards are maintained. The visitors book confirms that our guests really value a clean and well maintained property. A childrens cot and high chair is provided at no additional cost. A selection of books, games, and videos/DVD should keep children and adults entertained on the occasional rainy day in the Lakes!
