This villa is located in the La Fiesta 1 part of Cuidad Quesada. The land beyond the rear boundary of the property is a natural park area mainly of pine trees which stretches as far as Guardamar. The orientation of the property gives it delightful views of the Saltlake of La Mata. This is accommodation for 6 people.
Bedrooms: This villa has 3 bedrooms of which the master bedroom with double bed, the other room as well has a double bed, and the other bedroom with twin beds. All the rooms are air-condtioned (hot and cold air). There are also two bathrooms.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is completely equiped with fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwascher, chip-pan, electric juicer, ect...The kitchen is extremely well equipped with many appliances.
Livingroom: The livingroom is spacious, the settee is a set of one threeseater and one twoseater. Dining-table for 6 people. There is airconditioning and SAT TV.
Pools and terraces: The pool is an 9 x 4 m special shaped one with yakuzzi for six people, and with a lot of tiled area arround it for sunbathing and barbecueing...... Garden furniture and subeds are available. There is one spacy covered balcony with a table and six chairs, and one spacy balcony on the first floor from where you have a beautiful sight over the area and the saltlake of La Mata. In the backyard is another breakfast-terrace with table and chairs where the sun rises. BBQ is available.
Parkpossibility: The car can be parked on the carpark on the plott.
Extra: Sofa-bed for 2 people.
