This villa has nicely furnished accommodation for 6 people who will be able to enjoy it’s secluded location in the private residential area of La Fiesta 1 (Cuidad Quesada). The property has a good position and there are excellent views of a park area and La Mata and Torrevieja salt lakes from it’s roof terrace. It has a secure garden area with it’s own pool (9m x 4 m).
Bedrooms: This villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, and the other bedrooms with twin beds. All the rooms are aircondtioned (hot and cold air).

Pools and terraces: There is a good garden area with a pool (9 x 4 m) with a tiled area arround the pool for sunbading. Garden furniture and subeds are available. There is one spacy covered balcony with a table and six chairs, and one spacy balcony on the first floor from where you have a beautiful sight over the area and the plot and the area.
Park possibility: The car can be parked on the carpark on the plott.
Security: All doors and windows do have security-grills.
