This very exotic villa with his beautiful garden en huge pool is situated in the villa residential pueblo bravo - Ciudad Quesada, on walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops. The villa offers accommodation for 8 people and is just for respectfull people who love a good luxery villa. From the terraces do you have a beautiful view to the saltlakes of Torrevieja and La Mata.
Kitchen: The Kitchen is completely equiped with fridge-freezer and hob, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, ect...
Diningroom and TV room: The dining room has a table with 10 chairs, and the tv-corner has one tree seater and a two seater as sofa. All the furniture is from indonesian teak. TV, hifi, DVD, air-conditiong available.
Bedrooms: All the 4 bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning. The master bedroom downstairs (double bed) has his own bathroom with a round massage bath, shower. Upstairs one of the bedrooms (double bed) has the same massage bath as downstairs, the other two bedrooms have access to one separete bathroom. The fourth bedroom is provided with a sofabed.
Pool & garden: The asian garden is just fantastic with a lot of green, corners to dinner or super or just relaxing. Garden furniture is enough available. The pool meets 17 m long and to 3.50 m deep. For small children is a babypool available.
Parkpossibility: On the plott is it posible to park 2 cars and the high walls garantee the client a lot of privacy.
Security: Alarm-system connected with a security-central
