There is a large covered terrace and a nice sized pool. from the balcony in one of the bedrooms you have a fantastic view to the Saltlakes and the sea. It also grants you access to the sunroof terrace where the view simply takes your breath away... The downstairs part is actually on the same level as the street and offers the Garage, two more bedrooms, another bathroom and an enormous livingarea. The house has a well develloped alarmsystem and safety grills everywhere. All the shutters are electrical and there is aircon with hot and cold air in the entire house.
