Brand new, 1 bedroom ground floor apartment, 200m from ski lifts in Monetier-les-Bains, Serre Chevalier 1500. Fabulous views all year round, terrace and small garden, skiing from Dec-April. Lounge with kitchen area, sofabeds and dining table. Bedroom with double bed. Shower room. All fittings and furniture are of a very high standard. Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. All towels and linen are provided. A pool will be available from Summer 2006 with sauna and hammam, each apartment having it's own changing cubicle. There is also a ski locker and heated boot storage.NEW FOR 2008 wifi broadband internet.
Local Area DetailsSki to within 200m of the door. Restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. In the Summer there is rafting, kayaking, climibng and walking nearby. You can also hire mountain bikes or go horseriding. You can also visit the thermal baths (newly-refurbished for 2008), or enjoy a trip to the nearby walled town of Briancon.
