Property Details of Lanzarote Villa
This villa is splendid and modern, yet traditional in design with lots of character and panoramic views. It is in an ideal position in the rural village of Conil which is just 7 kms (10 mins' drive) from the beaches and main tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen.
There is a heated, private swimming pool (8m x 4m) and various patios for secluded sunbathing, but also, a shaded pergola for your comfort.
The villa is all-electric and tastefully furnished. The floors are tiled throughout.
Sleeps 6 with comfort and ideal for families and/or couples.
The accommodation is mainly on the ground floor where there are two twin bedrooms, bathroom, split-level lounge/dining room, large kitchen and spacious hall. The fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons.
The lounge has music system, TV and DVD/VCR with ample selection of pre-recorded material.
Heating during winter months.
The first floor accommodates the master bedroom with sun room, a further bathroom and a roof terrace.
Strong box for valuables. Hair drier.
British Management with 24-hour emergency contact. Welcome Pack of food on arrival.Weekly maid service which includes change of bed linen and towels.
Twice-weekly pool service. Smoke alarms and fire extinguisher.
Friendly tapas bar: 1 km. Nearest shop: 1km. (Both in Conil village.)
Nearest restaurants: 2km (Conil and Tias). Nearest beach: 7kms (Puerto del Carmen).
Car hire is necessary and can be pre-booked for your arrival at Arrecife airport.
There are superb mountain and sea views towards the south of the island and on a clear day the beaches of Fuertuventura can be easily seen.
