The villa is newly built, and we have designed it to provide light and spacious accommodation in the wonderful setting of Belle-Ile-en-Mer. Downstairs, there is an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, the Master bedroom (double) with ensuite bathroom , and an open tread wooden staircase leading to the first floor. The kitchen area is fully equipped, including gas oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher; a separate utility room houses the bolier and washing machine. The living area has comfortable sofas, open fire, TV, video, with French windows opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea. Finally, the dining area is provided with a large refectory table and chairs to seat 8 people. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath: "Chambre Bleu" has a double bed, "Chambre Jaune" a single, and "Chambre Beige" has twin bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms have wonderful views overlooking the sea, as does the bathroom.
There is a very large terrace just in front of the sea.
